The team should be training hard but find themselves battling end of term coughs and colds. This has led to general panic as time speeds up towards 'Departure Day'.
Jake and Nic took to the road for a low level ride yesterday
click here for map from Endomondo. They went in search of red kites or hobbys - bird of prey spotting is one of the great perks of countryside cycling. Anyway, none were spotted but here are some pictures (courtesy of google images) just in case anyone shares the team's love of sharp beaks and talons.
